Shipping Info
In addition to the Willy products, here at Crazy T's store, I've also decided to add other novelty items that may be of interest to you. As you shop and make purchases please Note that Willy products and all other Novelties are warehoused in 2 different locations meaning they will be shipped separately. Keep in mind that the Willy products are all hand crafted personally by me and staff, so it may take up to 3 or 4 weeks for delivery. The other novelty items may take between 1 to 2 weeks for delivery.
All Willy products will be shipped via USPS and all other products are shipped UPS Ground.
AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
To obtain CrazyTsNovelties.com authorization to return a defective item for credit or replacement, simply call 724-974-9999 or email us from our contact page within 7 days from the date the UPS delivers your package. Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 25% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 7 days of your receipt of the item (UPS Delivery Date). (Shipping fee is excluded and will NOT be refunded).
CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
- Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped by Crazytsnovelties.com. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
- Sample items are not returnable.
- Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately.
NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.

We Accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Credit Cards thru PayPal.
*You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account to place your order, PayPal will process the order even without a PayPal account.
